I ran the loop twice:

Nice loop around Eningen. Well marked. The uploaded gpx file of the route and the official route have very little variation. I stayed with the given gpx route.

Given the rain throughout the last days the route was only little muddy, could be very well run at all sections.

I ran by myself and carried all the supplies (water) with me.
