Very nice trail on The Isle of Wight and my first FKT run in the UK… My family dropped me off at the start and picked me up at The Needles.
I enjoyed the scenery even if the weather was somewhat misty and cloudy.
I ran east to west and there are spectacular views towards the end.
The trails ends at The Needles, which is nice and was very busy that time of the day. So navigating was somewhat difficult.
