Started at the northern terminus (Cox Landing Park where the parking lot ends and the paved trail beings), ran to the southern terminus (where the paved trail starts/ends right in front of S Fourth St), and turned around to finish at the northern terminus to complete the out & back effort. Took nothing with me, making this an unsupported attempt. Temperatures just under 90 degrees and 55% humidity made for a hot one, but got it done. Easy, enjoyable route in Albany, GA.
