Started in Badby with some company from Duncan until Fawsley, then on my own from there until Greens Norton. Ticking along well and enjoying the scenery but the freshly ploughed fields took their toll in places. Definitely needed the map after halfway, but it was signed reasonably well on the whole. although there were a couple of confusing moments around the Farthingstone golf course where I had to try to avoid the players and their tee shots. Saw a few people at the start but after the golf course is was perfect solitude.
Decent conditions, no rain and around 10 degrees, so could just cruise along nicely. Finished up at the Butchers Arms in Greens Norton to meet Dad and Duncan. A cracking run, nice change of pace and scenery.
