Ruy Ueda posted the route (note that Ruy won the Gorge Waterfalls 100km that year):
As a part of my Spring race schedule I travelled to Oregon to compete in the Gorge Waterfalls 100K. Since visiting Oregon is a rare opportunity, I wanted to take advantage and try to establish a new F.K.T. in the Columbia Gorge. The course I chose was somewhat short in distance as I had to race 100km that coming weekend. My created course is about 23km (14.5mile) from Angel’s Rest Trailhead to Horsetail Falls passing Wahkeena Spring, Oneonta Creek and Ponytail Falls. The day was sunny and 68°F. The day prior there had been hail in Portland. So part of the course, Trail 424, was actually covered with snow. I completed my F.K.T. on March 29th in 2hours, 6minutes. This time was over my expected time, but was a great opportunity to run near the race course, so I could imagine the race. I look forward to seeing others attempt the same course and seeing how quick the F.K.T. can become.

Abran Moore suggests a 13 mile lollipop version of this route, from the Angel's Rest Trailhead.
note: the lower (more northerly) trail is part of Ruy's original point to point route
Rachel Drake ran the lollipop (and a little extra) in right around 3 hours.
