Apek Hill is located within the vicinity of Taman Cheras Awana, Taman Segar Perdana and Taman Bukit Hartamas, Apek Hill's can be accessible via Jalan Awana 23, and you can get there via a few "Taman"s in Cheras.
One of the ways to get to Taman Cheras Awana is by taking the Cheras-Kajang expressway and turn in at the entrance to Giant hypermarket of Taman Cuepacs, then take Persiaran Awana to reach Jalan Awana 23.
The entrance to the Apek Hill trail is at the border of the Bukit Batu Puteh Forest Reserve. There are two well stocked 'tung sui' (Chinese desserts) stalls at the foot of this hill to quench your thirst and hunger after the hike.
