The BRAWL stands for the Bear River and Wasatch Linkup. The course starts in Paris Idaho at the Bear 100 finish line. The route follows the Bear course to the official start line of the Bear, then continues along the Great Western Trail to the Wasatch 100 start. The course then continues along the Wasatch 100 route, and finishes at the Wasatch 100 finish in Heber Utah. I've always thought it would be a cool adventure to link Utah's two iconic 100 mile races, and figured this summer was best time as ever to do it. Myself and two other friends will be doing it next Monday, July 20th as a team.
With it being 293 miles of mostly trail, and connecting two amazing 100 mile routes in Utah, I imagine this would be a route that others will want to attempt.
