Cerro Goye is a popular peak for trail runners in Bariloche. It provides a less-steep, more runnable alternative to some of the surrounding peaks. The first mile or so is up a Jeep road. From there, you will see a tree labeled with "Goye" pointing you to the left. It is a pretty cruisy, enjoyable run up through the forest. When you reach the saddle, turn left towards the summit. There are several bumps along the ridgeline, but the highest point is very evident and marked with a cairn. Make sure you touch the true summit! The run down is fast and fun. To claim this FKT you must beat all previous Strava times.
