This is a road and trail run. It encompasses the length of the park on the main road and all seven trails. With a start at trail Four, Three, Seven, Six, Five, Two, One, then back to trail Four for the finish. The shortest trail is trail Seven with a bridge crossing that was moved from Pottersville to the park with a loop around Rose Island Park. Trails are of varying difficulty with views of Ohio River and Fourteen Mile Creek. Some have small waterfalls and small wooden bridges.
The submitted route cuts off part of Trail #1. The trail goes back to the parking lot. The submitted route takes an access road back to the main road rather than back to the trailhead.
If you're planning on getting water along the way, it appears the only convenient place to get it is at the trailhead for #5. However, there is a sign saying that use of those spigots for water is only for RVs.
