Cinturao de ferro trata-se de uma rota que utiliza trilhas do brejo Paraibano a grande maioria pela antiga estrada da linha férrea construída pelo grande oeste na década de 1920 o início acontece na subida para o memorial frei damiao na cidade de Guarabira passando pela usina São Francisco onde o trem parado para carregar e descarregar insumos e depois seguir

passa tbm pela antiga casa de manutenção ferroviária e pela antiga estação cacimbas depois segue e passa pela majestosa cachoeira do Roncador uma linda queda d'água e segue passando pelo túnel da samambaia o primeiro túnel a fazer uma curva interna do Brasil 

Após o túnel da samanbaia o trecho passa pelos seguintes engenhos de cana de acusar 

engenho avenida 

engenho coitezeiro 

Engenho Martiniano 

baixa engenho verde 

E engenho Genipapo 

Passa tbm pela charmosa e bela Serraria cidade paraibana e segue para estação manitu 

após a estação manitu que já passa pelo túnel da viração já na cidade de bananeiras para então concluir o trajeto na estação bananeiras
