This route was created through mountains and vales in the Eastern townships in Quebec and has amazimg scenery. It was created principaly for an introspective journey with the starting and end point at the the Abbey of Saint-Benoît-du-Lac. It is a route used by many runners in the region and I believe having a FKT for this route will bring many runners to attempt it as it is widely known in the region and in the Province of Quebec, accessible and definitely a beautiful journey.
