Route: Cross (X) Fells Trail - Out and Back (MA)

The Cross Fells Trail travels east-west across Middlesex Fells Reservation between Washington Street and Winthrop Street. There are several street crossings along the route, so use caution in these areas. While there are no sweeping views along the route, it is an excellent way to escape city life and enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest
