Route: Cumberland Gap - Mischa Mokwa Adventure Trail

This 22 1/2 mile one-way route starts at the Iron Furnace Trailhead Parking Lot just outside Cumberland Gap, TN. and ends at the Civic Park Trailhead Parking Lot in Ewing, VA. 

This route is not a simple point-to point, intentionally including stops at the Cumberland Gap Historical Marker, Pinnacle Overlook, Hensley Settlement (with public potable water access), Sand Cave, and of course White Rocks, where visitors can enjoy scenic views over Kentucky and Tennessee.

Because natural water sources on the ridge are limited, it's recommended that you contact the park service as you plan your trip to confirm water availability at Hensley Settlement.
