Start and finish from the centre of Sogndal (outside the Council House). Start running up the road to Hølsete and then Turrli - Grøthalli - Torstadnakken - Store Tverrdalsvatnet (SW) - Steindalsnipa - Sogndalseggi - Frudalshesten - up next to Bjåstadbreen - continue south - west for Gunvordalsbreen - over Myrdalsbreen - down to the southernmost Myrdalsvotni - Traståna - Fjærlandssetevatnet (W) - Lereimsstølen - Slakkafjellet - Slakken - Skardet - rounding Stedjeåsen - follow the trail from Stedjeåsen from about 500moh - then back to the Council House.
