Any specifics on what counts as the "top of the hill" i.e. where are both turnarounds

I’ll be making an attempt at this tomorrow. As mentioned by Skorc, the turnarounds are left ambiguous, so I’ll use my best judgment for what’s the most logical turnaround for both ends. If the attempt is successful, I’ll report specifically what I did.
