The fifth stage of the 5 Canary Islands route. Mainly along the GR131 and GR138 route, which connects the islands. The route is mainly trail running. It has been slightly modified to always lead from port to port. The stages are directly connected to each other. The route leads over the highest point of the island, Pico de las Nieves. The first section from the port of Las Palmas to Pico de las Nieves was designed with a local runner. The second part from the summit to the port of Agaete (the next stage will later lead to Tenerife E6) follows the GR131 and GR138 routes.
