Description

Just over 8 miles in a loop near the Missouri river. 50% slick mud, and 50% nice silty single track. The trail meanders through small ravines, always with a gentle incline or decline. Pretty straightforward to follow. Popular hike due to the proximity to the city, as well as the nice views of the river.

Simple check on Strava shows 1h 45min is no where near the FKT

Going to attempt this tomorrow 1/10/26 with my dog Finn. We did it a couple of weekends ago but Finn had some issues (squirrel!!) and missed the FKT by 40 sec. Attempt 2 lets go!.
