From Green Point to Cape point. Start at the Green point lighthouse, tag Lions Head, head up to India Venster, tag Maclears Beacon, follow Smuts track then the jeep track down to Constantia Nek, tag Constantiaberg and Noordhoek peak before heading down from silvermine via the Old wagon road, follow Ou Kaap se weg until you turn up and head past the Kleinplaas Dam and join onto the Hoerikwaggo trail, turn off the Hoerikwaggo trail towards Scarborough where you will start roughly following the coast toward and into Cape Point nature reserve (make sure to organise a Wild card/day permit beforehand as you will not be entering via an official gate), turn right when you reach the Olifantsbos road, follow the inland trail from the Olifantsbos parking, follow this trail until the viewpoint at circular drive, then follow the coast to Cape of Good Hope drive, follow this to the end of the road and head up the path alongside The Flying Dutchman to the Lighthouse which is your end point.
