Route: Moose Mountain Road - MoMoRo (AB, Canada)

Moose Mountain Road (nicknamed "MoMoRo") is a high grade gravel road in Kananaskis used to access three gas leases (owned by Shell Canada as of 2020). The road is plowed in winter, making it a popular destination for athletes looking to train vert without fighting snowed in trails. The road is also used by the public in summer to access a large trail network for mountain biking, running, and other outdoor activities.

There are several variations to the Moose Mountain Road FKT as listed below (with Strava links included):

• Full Road - Uphill
• Full Road - Downhill
• Full Road - Up/Down

There are other common variations on Strava:

• Gate to Gate - Uphill
• Gate to Gate - Downhill
• Gate to Gate - Up/Down

The full road FKTs are between the gate at the bottom of the road, and the end of the top gas lease, turning around by the flare stack. The gate to gate FKTs are between the gate at the bottom of the road, and the gate at the end of the main uphill section just past the parking lot for the Moose Mountain trail.
