Route: Mr H's Coffee n Cake Round (United Kingdom)

Starting and finishing at the front door of Mr H's Tearoom in the small picturesque town of Ambleside; the route takes in 10 fells of the English Lake District, including 6 of the well known Fairfield Horseshoe. Red Screes, Middle Dodd, Little Hart Crag, Dove Crag, Hart Crag, Fairfield, Great Ring, Heron Pike, Nab Scar and Loughrigg Fell are all included in Alfred Wainwright's famous Pictorial Guide to the Lakeland Fells. At over 16 miles and 5000 feet in ascent, this is a challenging but manageable day out in one of the Uk's most beautiful locations.
