Description
This is a 1680 ft mountain on the Oregon coast near Manzanita. It climbs over 1100 ft in 2 miles. It lies within the Northern Coastal Range mountains. The trailhead sits across Hwy 101. The trail has rocky sections, rooty sections, smooth sections and a few areas where you have to run through overgrown bushes. The last little section to the summit is basically all rock and requires some careful footing, though there's no real danger of falling off.
The ascent of Neahkahnie has a Strava segment, but note that Strava times are approximate, so it is best to post your actual time here.

I will be going for an FKT on this route tomorrow morning (Sunday, August 23rd). I see that nobody has posted a time on this page yet so I will be assuming the posted Strava times on the Neahkanie segment are the fastest "known" time. I will post my time from TH to summit on here tomorrow evening with the GPX file and I will actually be uploading a YouTube video with some content of the attempt to display this fun trail.
