The Okumusashi Long Trail 105K is a trail running/hiking trail in the Hanno and Okumusashi areas of Saitama Prefecture. Current FKT arguably belongs to Shunsuke Okunomiya, ran on 2021-Apr-06, in 18:26:48. Amount of support received during that effort is unknown though. His route variation skipped the "Takedera piston", worth 300 m of elevation gain.

Other notable effort, and arguably still the self-supported FKT, belongs to Andrew Starter and Yosuke Abe, running together in self-supported mode on 2020-Nov-11 in 23:16:45, completing the full original course.

In June 2023, a race was held for the first time on a modified version of the course, with about 500 m less of elevation gain. Winner was Ryoma Yamamoto, finishing in 17:08:14.
