"Between June 30, 2013 and July 7, 2013, Shan Riggs ran across the State of Illinois (Supported) from Brookport, IL to the Wisconsin Border at HWY 45. A total of 410 miles in 6 days, 18 hours, 26 minutes. Chuck Schultz also completed the route (unsupported) in 7 days, 5 hours and 28 minutes."
Likely he means "self supported" rather than "unsupported". Note that we do not know if these are FKTs - possibly some TransCon runners have gone faster?
