Description
The Run Across Indiana route is an open course route. Because of the state's geography, you may choose any route that connects the eastern and western borders of the state. The shortest possible route will be in the range of 150 miles, but all things considered, a preferred route is likely to be a little longer. The route shown on the map is for illustration purposes only; it is not the route that Andy Bauermeister ran in 2014, and it is not a recommended route.
This a post titled "Run Across Indiana" from Andy Bauermeister on the old FKT forum site (https://fastestknowntime.proboards.com/thread/519/run-indiana):
Start time was 4:00 Saturday 5/24/14 and ended 19:57:35 Sunday 5/25/14. Total time 39:57:35. I mainly used US40 as my guide; started at the Illinois line outside of Terre Haute and ended at the Ohio line outside of Richmond. I was supported by friends and family along the way.

Attempted this route yesterday. Was planning to mostly follow highway 26. Stopped at 78 miles. Maybe I'll try again someday, but it'll be at least a year...probably 2.

Can't wait to see a post run report. Nice work!
Does anyone have a route for this? The map just shows a single pinpoint for me.
