Start at any point along Island Main Road and journey in either direction around the entire island to complete the full loop (roughly 30 miles). There is only a short stretch of where the Island Main Road is non-existent which is between Saint George Basseterre and the airport. The two popular main streets to make this cut and to join back on the Island Main Road are either F.T Williams Hwy or Wellington Rd; your choice!
This is a very scenic route once on the northern end of the island, running through small villages and being surrounded by volcanoes and water. As you will be on the the Island Main Road for almost all of the run, beware closer to town (south side of island) with cars and the skinny roads.
There are plenty of small stores in the villages to restock on water and snacks, so it makes it an easy self-supported run. Enjoy!
