Sea to Orhy is a trail between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pic d'Orhy, the first 2000-metre peak in the western Pyrenees.
This route starts from the beach of Hendaye and follows the famous GR10 to the crossroads of the peak where the ascent will be made by the West face, reputedly steeper.
We pass through several villages and huts so that we can quickly and easily stock up on food and water. The route passes through Hendaye, Biriatou, Sare, Ainhoa, Bidarray, Saint-Etienne de Baigorry, Saint-Jean-Pied de Port and Estérençuby.
This route sometimes skirts the Spanish border but being on the GR10, we always remain on the French side.

Sea to Orhy est un tracé sur sentier entre l'océan atlantique et le Pic d'Orhy, premier sommet de 2000 mètres de l'ouest des Pyrénées.
Ce tracé part de la plage d'Hendaye et suit le célèbre GR10 jusqu'à la croisée du pic où l'ascension s'effectuera par la face Ouest, réputée plus pentue.
Nous traversons plusieurs villages et cabanes pour pouvoir rapidement et facilement se ravitailler en nourriture et eau. Le chemin passe successivement par Hendaye, Biriatou, Sare, Ainhoa, Bidarray, Saint-Etienne de Baigorry, Saint-Jean-Pied de Port et Estérençuby.
Ce tracé longe parfois la frontière espagnole mais étant sur le GR10, nous restons toujours sur le versant français.
