There are 12 Signature trails in Sweden and all together they show what Sweden has to offer in terms of hiking and nature.
The Signature trail Southern Bohuslän runs from the outskirts of Gothenburg. Despite the trail’s proximity to Sweden’s second largest city, you hike/run in silence through several nature reserves, past lakes rich in fish and through dense beech forests. The sections are short and there is accommodation at the end of each stage. The link describe a four day-long hike from Stensjön to Kungälv/Fontin. But you can also run the Signature trail Southern Bohuslän. It is 52,5 km and starts in Mölndal at Stensjön. Then you run to Skatås and to a lake in Partille, called Kåsjön. Soon after that you reach Jonsered. Next stage going to Angereds church and from there you run through a nature area called Vättlefjäll. Next you reach the town Kungälv and at the end of the Signature trail Fontin.
