Description

Kızılcahamam SoÄŸuksu National Park boasts a magnificent landscape, surrounded by lush pine forests, situated 80 kilometres from Ankara, the capital of Turkey. It serves as a natural habitat for black vultures, where wildlife thrives. Furthermore, it is a wild habitat and home to animals such as hares, squirrels, wild boar and jackals. The fossilised trees found in the area are a major attraction for tourists. The route is a loop trail comprising entirely forest tracks, starting at an altitude of 1,000 metres and reaching 1,720 metres. It offers unique views of the Kızılcahamam district. Designed as a 27-kilometre route, it features a total ascent of about 950 metres and is laid out as a loop. The loop may be completed in either direction, from any point on the route.
