Start at the parking lot of the Gasilachkogelbahn, from there to the Windachtal. After Fiegls Gasthaus turn right towards Brunnenkogelhaus. From the Brunnenkogelhaus along the ridge to the Rotkogel and the Wilde Rötespitze. Arrived at the Timmelsjoch back down to Zwieselstein and back to the starting point in Sölden.

Start am Parkplatz der Gasilachkogelbahn, von dort ins Windachtal. Nach Fiegls Gasthaus rechts hinauf in Richtung Brunnenkogelhaus. Vom Brunnenkogelhaus am Grat entlang weiter zum Rotkogel und zur Wilden Rötespitze. Am Timmelsjoch angekommen wieder hinunter nach Zwieselstein und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt Sölden.
