Starting from the furthest point the road can take you away from Stockholm, within the Stockholm Archipelago, is Sollenkroka Brygga.
The first half of the route takes you through beautiful woodland, past lakes and coastal settings and over the Djurö bridge mostly on trails but with a little road running. From Strömma the route is along secondary roads and set back on cycle paths or walking paths with plenty of lovely views along the way.
Starting on the Sollenkroka Brygga you finish the route by touching the statue of Gustav III at the bottom of Slottsbacken, with the Palace in view.
