You can start anywhere along the route, which is about 100 miles with 14,000' of cumulative elevation gain. This is described counter-clockwise, starting in Soufrière at the Primary School. From the gate, turn left on to Palmiste street. Turn right on Cemetary Road, cross the Soufriere River, turn left on Desmond Avenue, turn right on Church Street and continue through town. Follow the main highway to Bellevue Farmers’ Co-Operative (Myers Bridge). Bear right to Victoria Corners. Continue to Choiseul and pass through the village of Piaye to Laborie. At the entrance to Testanier Road, bear right, following the road through the village until it intersects with Martin Luther King Street. Turn left. Follow to rejoin the main highway above town. Turn right and go south towards Vieux Fort. Bear right following this road to Hewanorra Airport–which turns into Beanfield Road. Follow as road goes around the airport eastwardly then northward; the road becomes Castries Vieux Fort Highway. Continue on to Micoud Police Station. From Micoud continue north to the villages of Malgretoute, Patience, Mon Repos, Mamiku Gardens and Praslin to Dennery. From Dennery stay on the main highway until the cutoff to La Ressource. Turn right. Bear right to the village of Au Leon. Continue until the road becomes trail. Follow trail to Desbarras village. Bear left (West) to Garrand, and turn north to Boguis village. At Boguis, following the road to La Guerre. At La Guerre follow the road to Monchy. At Monchy, bear left to La Feuillet. Then bear right to Beausejour Stadium. Follow side streets to Cas-en-Bas until the intersection of Cap Drive and Windward Road. Turn left (south) on Cap Drive. Continue to Robert Devaux Drive (entrance to Pigeon Island), turning right and go to the top of Signal Hill. Return back to the Gros Islet Highway. Turn right and continue south until the Choc River Roundabout. Bear right (west). Continue through Castries on Jeremie Street. Turn left on Bridge Street –which meets Morne Fortune Road. Follow Morne Fortune Street to intersection with Millenium Highway at Cul-de-Sac.
From Cul-de-Sac bus stop (intersection with Compton Highway) depart southward on main highway southward to Anse La Raye, Canaries to Bouton. Descend to Soufrière waterfront. Turn left at Cemetery Road street. Turn left at Palmiste Road to Soufriere Primary. Course ends at the gate.
