This route goes from Chokecherry Springs trailhead to West Canyon trailhead (or vice versa). It spans almost the entire length of the Stansbury Mountains and crosses through several notable canyons, including South and North Willow Canyons.
The trail is fairly easy to follow. The north side has moderate ups and downs and it is fairly runnable, while the south side consists of steeper climbs and descents that are often rocky and technical to navigate. It is common to cross paths with dirt bikers and horseback riders.
The attached link is a map of the route, the only difference is on the south side where it continues the trail to Big Hollow Road, instead of Chokecherry Springs.
