This route is a point-to-point ultra-distance run from Tangier to Casablanca, Morocco, following a continuous north-to-south trajectory along the country.

The route starts in Tangier, at the northern tip of Morocco, and finishes in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city on the Atlantic coast. The total distance is approximately 350 km, completed over four consecutive days, with approximately 46 hours of cumulative running time.

The route primarily follows public roads and paved surfaces, passing through a mix of urban areas, coastal sections, rural towns, and open countryside. Terrain is predominantly flat to gently rolling, with no technical trail sections. Elevation changes are moderate and consistent with long road running.

This route was designed as an endurance challenge focused on sustained long-distance running across multiple days, linking two major Moroccan cities via human-powered travel only.
