Route: Va' Sentiero Sardegna (Italy)

The Sentiero Italia in Sardinia (or "Sentiero de Sardegna") is an impressive hiking trail that winds through the stunning landscapes of Sardinia. It passes through a variety of landscapes including coastlines, mountains, forests, valleys and traditional Sardinian villages. Hikers can experience both the rugged beauty of the mountain landscapes as well as the rolling hills and sparkling sea. The entire Sentiero Italia stretches for several thousand kilometers (over 6,000 km in total), with the Sardinian section making up a significant part of it.

The flora and fauna along the Sentiero Sardegna is rich and varied. Hikers have the opportunity to observe various plant species as well as wildlife, including birds and other animals that live in the different habitats.
