Route: Värmdöleden (Sweden)

Värmdöleden is the longest trail in the municipality of Värmdö, it reaches from Strömmen to Saltarö, a total of ca 27 km.

The trail takes you trough the forests of Värmdö. The trail is divided into three sections so it is possible to only hike or run certain parts. They have all easy access via bus. There are a lot of campsites along the trail.

First section is Strömmen - Ålstäket and it covers ca 9 km.
Second section is Ålstäket - Sågen and it covers ca 10km.
Third section is Sågen to Saltsör and it covers ca 6km.
