Route: Worcester 100 Mile Forget-Me-Not

A Forget-Me-Not 100 mile route around the city of Worcester.

The route starts in the centre of Worcester at Diglis Playing Fields and consists of 8 petals (between 4.5 miles and 8 miles) and a stem. Each petal is run twice and returns back to Diglis Playing Fields each time.

It is an accessible 100mile road route being no more than 4 miles away from ‘The Base’ at Diglis Playing Fields at any point.

The route covers pavements, canal paths, the river path, and has beautiful views of the Malvern Hills.

The route is in the shape of a Forget-Me-Not flower as a symbol of hope for those with dementia.
