Route: WV > MD Panhandle Linkup (WV, MD)

Cross the WV Panhandle at it's narrowest point. 

Then use the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Trail to follow the Upper Potomic River to the narrowest point of the Maryland Panhandle. 

Then cross the MD Panhandle at it's narrowest point.
