Hi , I'm wondering what the FKT is for the Ireland Way route?

Editor's note: What an adventure, Ludwig! Looks absolutely fantastic. Congratulations!

Thanks! It was an amazing trip, not what I expected but I had a blast!

June 3rd 2023 at 6am in Castletownbere, I’ll start the journey of running The Ireland Way, from south to north in as fast a time as I'm able to.

I’m using the run to create a fundraising opportunity for the Children's Health Fund at the Temple St Children's hospital, Dublin, which holds a special place in my life based on an experience we had with one of our kids some years back.
This is also an invite for anyone else to join me on this journey, be it for 1km or 1000km! Find me on InstaG: @jasonwilliamsonultra

Sharing this experience with others is going to be a massive part of what it becomes.

I’m loving the process of building a team of people around me who have big hearts 💚, are more talented runners, or who know more than me in prepping 🧮and then doing these kinds of things and I can’t wait to get out there and experience this journey ⛰️ with whoever ends up being part of that team! 👬👫🧑‍🤝‍🧑

It’s big (for me), it’s scary and it is definitely a goal that will take me into corners of myself I’ve never seen, and that is really a big part of why this journey is happening.
Here’s to lifting your potential!
