Wikipedia describes the Wainwrights 214:
Wainwrights are the 214 English peaks (known locally as fells) described in A. Wainwright's (Alfred Wainwright's) seven-volume Pictorial Guide to the Lakeland Fells (1955–66). They all lie within the boundary of the Lake District National Park in Cumbria, and all but one (Castle Crag) are over 1,000 feet (304.8 m) in height.[a] Over two million copies of the Pictorial Guideshave been sold since their publication.
Linking them all up at once requires over 500km of hiking/running.

I am attempting to complete an "unsupported" walk of the 214 Wainwrights starting on the 1st July 2021. I will be carrying everything to enable me to be self contained during the full duration of the attempt including all food and water which will be aquired using a water filter that i will also carry.
I watched Laurie Craystons attempt which started on Monday 26th April 2021 until Monday 10th May. Completing 150 Wainrights in some terrible weather and tough conditions it was a valiant effort and a real shame that he had to stop his attempt. I am sure he will return for another attempt, i hope (fingers crossed) to give him a target to aim for starting on the 1st July but as i am sure Laurie knows "its bloody hard" and some say impossible.
Anyway a massive congratulations to Laurie its not a failure, the only failure is not to try.
Good luck, also going to give it go. Just working out dates
Such a shame for Laurie.
I wish you the best of luck Jason. I am heading out on 16th May. Weather is looking better now, than in previous weeks and I hear the snowmen have more or less melted on the upper slopes!
Congratulations to Christopher Gaskin wow what an effort.
A very tough time to beat 1st July is still on for me.
