The Dufferin Hi-Land section is one of nine sections of the 890km Bruce Trail, Canada's longest and oldest marked trail. This section is an approximately 54km section of trail starting at the end of the Caledon section. More specifically, it starts in Mono Cliffs Provincial Park and ends in Lavendar. Along the Trail there are long views to the east and pleasant walks through mature, mixed hardwood forests.
