Fun little local FKT with some good trails. Motivation to get out on a rainy day.
I started and finished at the middle of the bridge crossing over the bottom of Lysakerelva. Tried fallowing the original rout as much as possible, I think the only difference was though Lysaker station due to construction. It was a bit of a slog with the recent storms leaving a bit of mud and the occasional downed tree but that is the fun of fall running!
