This FKT was soooo FUN! Big climb, fast mile running, and then a party on petrified sand dunes!
I started warming up on stair stepper, and decided I wouldn't want to run that section twice today, so I just went for the FKT. Route finding on the slickrock is indeed hard, but most ways are great, until you come to a cliff section. 10/10 would recommend.
no food, or water. I overdressed (it was 40 degrees and slightly raining)
