FKT: Cameron Hummels - Gabrielino - 2018-06-09

The Gab is a great trail, and this was my first time doing it from West to East.  Some overgrowth and poison oak and nettles out there, but in general the trail was in pretty good shape.  The section near Devore is always hard to follow, but some of us had worked on it in the preceding months so it was in OK shape.  I had planned to finish at Chantry, but I didn't have a ride or phone signal there, so I had to run down to Sierra Madre before I could call a friend to pick me up.  The trail can definitely be run faster, but it's rare for it to all be open and cleared, so I was happy enough with this time.
