FKT: Chris Friskie, Matt Burrows, Robert Friskie - Edmonton River Valley, aka Jacob Alan Trail (AB, Canada) - 2020-05-09

Was a great day. Myself(Rob Friskie), my brother(Chris Friskie) and good friend Matt Burrows started out just after 8am on saturday may 9th 2020. sun was shining and the weather was a beautiful 10 degrees celsius. The run went very well. Trail was mostly in good shape, we did have to detour a few times because of the spring conditions. Under Keilor road the trail was washed out and forced us the climb out, under Emily Murphy park was the same. At Cloverdale park we were able to continue thru but it was slow going. The Fraser Ravine trail was much more accessible and we did get to use which made the trip about a KM shorter. All in all a great day and with Matt pushing the pace we were able to put up a quicker time.
