Great loop trail in the stunning countryside of Debden Vale AONB.
Started in Stoke-by-Nayland and took ant-clockwise route which takes several out and round loops through fields and forests ( plenty of excitable cows) before dropping into the stunning village of Boxford. Some of the most incredible thatched cottages and old pubs and shops.
Quicker route back on small country roads and a fast trail section.
It's easy to get lost of this route as there are many tight turns and a lack of signage - so stick close to the gpx.
Very beautiful area to run in.
