So it's been a few years since I've been on this trail system. Harder than I remember. Had someone stash some water along the trail for me to make it supported. I needed it, it was a hot one. I think this direction is harder than if it was reversed. Both for difficulty wise and following the turns on the trails. O well to late now to change the route unless later on it can be approved to run reversed. Anyway it started off easy with some flat before the climb. then got harder form there. There are a ton of different intersections along the trail on both loops. So you really have to pay attention. Gpx doesnt alert you per say to the turns or which intersection to take because they are not always true big angle turns so does not read as a turn per say. So hard to stop a lot to make sure which way to go. believe i went wrong way only 1 maybe twice and hard back track. The tricky part is you are running on one named trail then you jump off to another trail then jump back on to previous one. This was a struggle to navigate but got it done. Saw a couple deer and 2 other runners on the back end of the trail about 20 people on front part. Had to pay attention in the creek crossing part which way to go. You do cross the small creek like 6-8 times as it weaves around. It did feel at times familiar running the trails, but being years memory was not always there. It was not fun to run just because of having stop so much to see whee to go. Wanted to flow better so planning to go back. I touched the yellow pole to start and finish. There is a cool decorated bell right beside the yellow poles at end of parking lot.
