Report

Connor Emeny and I started off at 5:30 am at Horseshoe Bay with sunrise. We started on May 1 which means that most of the track was completed in the snow.
We had a phenomenal Arc'teryx camera crew with us documenting the fun adventure (Justis Cooper, Michael Decker, Joseph Gulizia, Mark Milburn, Michael Overbeck, Zachary Moxley, Kenzo Kiren). Summiting Cypress (peak 1) was fairly well marked, but making our way to Grouse Mountain (peak 2), we grappled our way up the Flint and Feather Trail. This trail branches off BCMC and is best identified by a flat burned tree stump and neighbouring creek. Following along the Baden Powell Trail again to Seymour Mountain (peak 3) and ending at the parking lot coming back down.

Great day trip and challenge for anyone to go out there and do it. The real deal is doing this in snowy conditions!
