It is starting to feel like spring in Michigan! When I set this FKT route in February 2021, there was still tons of sloshy slippery snow on much of the Botanical Gardens trails as well as lining the Huron River. Thankful for some sunshine and the opportunity to try to get in a better time for this route. As always, thankful to Nuun hydration for keeping me hydrated and Picky Bars (performance oatmeal!) during these FKT efforts. Hoping others will enjoy this route soon too!
