More glorious trails in the Kent area.i started this one at St Martins in Canterbury at 7:30am and finished at the Folkestone church at 12:57pm unsupported. The route flows pretty well and if your running allows for some good speed out of Canterbury with fast country lanes and farm tracks .Anyone familiar with the Canterbury 10 will recognise the first 4 miles or so.Eventually you reach the other churches and pass through some beautiful villages and the tarmac turns to some muddy farmland and through a section of the Elham Valley way with a few sheep and cows.Navigation is pretty good .Eventually the views open up after Lyminge and the coast of Folkestone is to be seen with the geo park and Crete road left to climb before heading down toward Folkestone harbour beach with one last small climb up the slopes to the end point. There is access to shops at Barham,Elham and Lyminge. My time went pretty smooth and as always grateful to be able to move over the land near and far.
