Beautiful trails! Really nice park, and lots of people out enjoying it today. Perfect weather for a run up and down 2 peaks.
My husband came with me up the first climb to King's Pinnacle, so it's a Supported effort. I ran down and over to Crowders Mtn and back alone.
Note re: the top of King's Pinnacle - the GPS track from Alex seems to show that he turned around at the first overlook, but the trail continues uphill to the right so we followed it. We topped out a short ways to the northeast, and there's a post there (see the 2nd photo). I'd suggest that this is the proper spot for the first turn-around, unless someone comes up with a reason why it shouldn't be.
Thanks for a great suggestion for a place to explore!
Thanks for the post Macy. This has you going up and down the stairs correct?
